From calling scams to building the tools that stop them. Rug Munch Media LLC — a self-funded Wyoming LLC shipping open-source AI + Web3 infrastructure that protects retail investors.
The Mission
Crypto should protect people — not prey on them.
Every day, retail investors lose millions to honeypots, rug pulls, and insider manipulation. The scammers have the tools. Everyone else gets vibes and hope.
In August 2025, during the creator coin meta, we launched $CRM on Bags.FM and $cryptorugmunch on Zora. Not to ride a trend. Not to farm a quick bag. We launched them with the actual intent of creating something valuable for the community — funding a real company that builds high-level security tools to protect the people who keep getting rekt in this space. That was the plan then. That is still the plan now.
The tokens didn’t survive. The manipulators did what manipulators do. But the mission didn’t need the tokens to survive — it needed someone willing to build it. So we formed Rug Munch Media LLC, taught ourselves to code, and started shipping. No VC. No insiders. No KOLs. No bullshit. Every product we ship, we own — and by extension, the community owns the mission.
The Timeline
2022–2024
The Scam Caller. Built a 60K+ following on X by exposing rug pulls with on-chain receipts. Wallet clusters. Insider distribution charts. The paper trail before the chart flinched. No sponsors. No paid shills. Just data and rage.
August 2025
$CRM and $cryptorugmunch. During the creator coin meta, we launched $CRM on Bags.FM and $cryptorugmunch on Zora. Not to ride the trend — with the actual intent of creating something valuable for the community. The plan: use the creator coins to fund a real company that builds high-level security tools for crypto. No team allocation. No VC pre-sale. No insider unlocks. The intent was never to run a token project — it was to build the infrastructure this space desperately needs. That was the plan then. That is still the plan now — with or without the tokens.
Winter 2025–2026
The Discovery. On-chain data revealed the largest holders manipulating the $CRM price. Coordinated dumps. Wallet clusters tracing to the same sources. The exact pattern we exposed in other projects — happening inside our own. We announced the manipulation publicly the moment we confirmed it — refusing the quiet exit the manipulators expected the founder to take — and posted our own two wallets (founder + future DAO allocation) holding our $CRM right under that announcement. No polished receipts yet; forensics came later. What we had was skin in the game, on the record. We never sold, never played ball. ~$12k in combined realized losses between the two wallets. The token collapsed.
January–July 2026
The Build. The tokens collapsed but the mission didn't. We formed Rug Munch Media LLC in Wyoming and got to work. Taught ourselves to code from zero. Python. TypeScript. React. Docker. Postgres. Neo4j. ClickHouse. AI agents. Every mistake a self-taught developer can make — fixed at 3 AM. No investors. No outside money. Every line of code, every server, every product — we own it. The creator coins were supposed to fund this. They didn't survive long enough to. We built it anyway.
September 2026
Close to Launch. Rug Munch Intelligence and PryScraper are in final production-grade polish — 70+ security engines across 16 chains, 359M indexed rows, ~295k curated wallet labels. DegenFeed and WalletPress run in early access. RugMunchBot is live in Telegram. The code is real. The products work. Zero VC. Zero debt. Zero bullshit.
What's Next
The DAO. $RMI token with 1:1 airdrop for every $CRM and $cryptorugmunch holder — recognition of the community that believed in the mission before the tools existed. Wyoming DAO LLC end state. True community governance. The tools stay free. The code stays open. The mission stays the same: protect retail. With or without the tokens, we're building this. The tokens just make it community-owned.

Wyoming
We’re incorporated in Wyoming — the only U.S. state with DAO LLC legislation (W.S. § 17-31), over 25 blockchain-enabling laws, and the strongest digital asset protections in the country. This is not an anonymous offshore operation. It’s a real American company in the most crypto-forward jurisdiction available.
