An Honest Status Report
Where everything actually stands as of August 2026 — what's live, what isn't finished, and the debt we owe to $CRM and $cryptorugmunch holders.
An Honest Status Report

Most project updates tell you what’s going right. This one tells you where everything actually stands — including the parts that aren’t done.
Working today, for real
The RMI platform is live at rugmunch.io. Token scanners that give explainable risk scores instead of black-box numbers. Wallet forensics. Whale tracking. Charts with threat signals baked in. An AI layer (RugBrain) trained on scam patterns and hack history. A Telegram bot that puts all of it in your pocket. Payment is per-call through x402 — your wallet signature is your account, no subscriptions, no KYC. Every tool has free trials because you should never pay for data you can’t verify first.
Underneath it: an indexer I built to run on free public RPCs, holding 359 million rows across 16 chains. It costs nothing to operate, which is why the tools can cost pennies.
This month alone: the full documentation site went up at docs.rugmunch.io, the corporate site got rebuilt from scratch as a standalone Astro app, and our Radicle node got its own web UI at code.cryptorugmunch.com — decentralized git, self-hosted, branded.
Not finished
DegenFeed isn’t public yet — it works, but multi-protocol social aggregation has edge cases I refuse to ship broken. The $RMI token doesn’t exist yet either, and it won’t until the product is fully out. I watched a token die from promises made before product-market fit; we’re not repeating that.
The debt I owe
Every $CRM v1 holder and every $cryptorugmunch holder gets matched 1:1 in $RMI at release. Snapshots are recorded. This isn’t marketing — it’s the whole reason the token name changed to match the platform. The people who funded the mission govern what it becomes. Full terms: $RMI — The Token.
The part nobody says out loud
Most of this was built by one person and a fleet of AI agents, working daily since March. Open source, auditable, self-hostable. You don’t have to trust me — the code is there:
- Scanner engine · RugBrain · Lite Chain Indexer — MIT licensed
- Mirrored on GitLab and Codeberg, published on Radicle
That’s where we stand. Next update comes with DegenFeed’s launch.
